Armed with over 15 years of marketing experience, Jack Goldberg decided to start up Windy City Advertising with the goal of showing online advertisers how to hold their budgets accountable for generating quantifiable results that yield a positive ROI.

Prior to founding Windy City Advertising Jack spent over six years at Yesmail and served as the Central Region Sales Manager.  During that time he experienced the pre-Internet boom in 1996, going public in 1999, the subsequent dot-com stock implosion, and the reemergence of the industry as profitable medium. While at Yesmail Jack guided numerous clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, on how to harness the power of permission-based email to deliver quantifiable results.

Before joining Yesmail, Jack spent over six years with Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter (MWD- NYSE) and worked on both the Discover Card and Dean Witter multi-million dollar national ad campaigns. As a Senior Advertising Associate for MWD he utilized TV, radio, print, outdoor, transit, and online mediums to generate awareness and new accounts for the brands.

Having worked extensively in both "traditional" and interactive mediums, Jack enjoys the fact that with online marketing a campaign can be measured and quantified in real time instead of relying on more archaic manual tabulation systems that take too long to provide marketers with actionable data.

He has earned both his Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies and Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
